In-Game Prerequisites

How to Trade

Method 1: Trade Over Infrared

Talk to the man on the left to enter the Union Room. The player with whom you need to exchange should go into the Union Room in her or his match.

From the room, speak to the participant that you would like to trade with. When the menu appears, choose Trade.

Now choose the pokémon you need to trade, and select TRADE when prompted. You will understand the pokémon that another participant wishes to trade.
